1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Growveex LLC ("Growveex", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website (https://growveex.com), requesting a growth audit, or engaging our digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Marketing Services

Growveex provides digital marketing services including Paid Advertising (PPC), Content & Copywriting, Social Media Management, Web Design & CRO, Email & SMS Marketing, AI Automation, and B2B Lead Generation.

Specific deliverables, project scopes, timelines, retainers, and fees for custom engagements will be detailed in individual Client Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Quotes.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable effective execution of campaigns, Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete business information, assets, and branding materials in a timely manner.
• Maintain funding and ownership of third-party platform accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, domain registrars).
• Review and provide feedback on campaign creative, ad copy, and strategies within agreed timeframes.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of all proprietary trade secrets, logos, content, and data provided to Growveex. Upon full payment of applicable fees, Clients receive ownership of final custom marketing assets produced specifically for their campaigns. Growveex retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, proprietary tools, and underlying code frameworks.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While Growveex implements data-backed strategies to maximize qualified leads and ROAS, marketing performance is subject to third-party platform algorithm changes, market dynamics, and consumer behavior. We do not guarantee specific monetary yields.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growveex LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or campaign performance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
